The Department of Business Affairs oversees all aspects of building maintenance, food services, transportation, warehousing and purchasing.  Mr. Leonard DeChant is currently the Director of Business Affairs for Cuyahoga Falls City Schools.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department coordinates employee relations and employment for the district. This office handles job applications, postings, interviews, and recruitment.
Maintenance
The maintenance department is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the districts buildings and grounds.

Superintendent
The Superintendent is the Chief Educational Officer of the District. 
Teaching and Learning
The Department of Teaching and Learning coordinates the curriculum, instruction, assessment and professional development for the district.  Subject area courses of study and continuous improvement plans are created through this department.  Ongoing data analysis and high quality professional development opportunities for district staff are a major focus.  

Mrs. Debra McNair is the Director of Teaching and Learning.  Prior to becoming the Director, Mrs. McNair served as the Teaching and Learning Coordinator for seven years.  Before coming to the Falls, Mrs. McNair was an Elementary Principal for Barberton City Schools and also taught in the Mogadore Local School District.  Mrs. McNair earned both her Master of Education Degree in Educational Administration and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Kent State University.  Mrs. McNair and her husband Dave have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.

 
 
 
Technology


The Technology Office is a part of the Department of Teaching and Learning.  This office coordinates and oversees all computers, networks, instructional technology, and telephones in the school district.  Mr. Patrick McKinney serves as Coordinator of Technology for the school district.

 
Transportation

The Office of Transportation is a part of the Department of Business Affairs.  This Office coordinates and supervises the transportation of students to and from school.  The Transportation Office is housed at the Vincent Street Bus Garage and Maintenance Facility.  Mrs. Nicole Kiser serves as Supervisor of the Transportation Office.

 
Treasurer
The Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the district.  This Office handles all financial affairs for the district, including payroll, benefits, accounts payable and EMIS.
