Mrs. Sines is a RSBFO, Registered School Business Fiscal Officier, certified by OASBO, Ohio Association of School Business Officials. She is also licensed by the State of Ohio as a School District Treasurer/CFO (Chief Financial Officier). As a school district Treasurer/CFO she must keep an Ohio Treasurer's license up to date by taking college classes or/and continuing education classes on school related issues. Mrs. Sines received her B.A., Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources and her M.B.A., Masters in Business Administration from Kent State University.
