Dr. Paula J. Snyder is currently the Director of Human Resources for the Cuyahoga Falls City School District. She taught music in the Barberton City Schools for eleven years before coming to Cuyahoga Falls in 1999 to serve as a high school Unit Principal. Dr. Snyder received bachelor of music education and master of music education degrees from Kent State University. She went on to complete substantial post-graduate work in educational administration, and eventually completed her doctoral work there in 2008, with a major in Education Leadership and a specialization in school law. She received the Pat Eva Crisci Scholarship in 2002 and the Bowman Fellow Award in Educational Administration, both from Kent State University. Dr. Snyder has participated in numerous community activities, including serving as an elected official and board member and officer for different social service agencies.
